Contractor / Realtor
I can basically disassemble and reassemble a home by myself. In certain situations, it's better to gut and rebuild than it is to patch. If you're wanting to sell, but currently your home seems lived in. I can advise on the best course of action for a fresher look. The opposite also applies. If you've found a house, but it needs some work before moving in. I can schedule long days to turn it into a home for you. Licensed contractor and realtor in both Washington and Oregon, I can help you find, sell, or just fix up your home. One stop shopping.
I don't discriminate. I'm happy to come work on your home even if you're not buying or selling. I'm also content to be the Realtor if you don't need work done. I've earned my licenses in both construction and sales as a convenience for my clients, it's not a requirement.
I've been told or maybe I read it in a book that there are only 24 hours in day"?" As hard as I have pushed, apparently that information is correct. I am licensed to do things that I have chosen to pull off my to do list. I do know other contractors that I would refer, but I've chosen not to:
If you're wondering, just throw a text and I'll tell you if it's something I'll look at.
I'm sorry I most certainly can't give a price break down without seeing the job. I try to be reasonable and charge different prices according to the difficulty of work, and my enjoyment level. I charge more for tile work than painting. Sheet rock, flooring, trim (baseboards) around the same price. When I can I'll give you a flat fee. My preference is to do entire rooms at a time, but it's not a requirement.
I do however have a jerk fee. If your going to be a jerk, I may refuse to work for you in the future or I may raise the price according to my tolerance for your temperament. I get along with most people but if you're wondered what I'd charge you? Maybe call someone else, LOL :).
I would love to have a FAQ section but unfortunately it's not practical. If you've ever tried to fix something yourself you've probably pulled up every you tube available before calling me or someone else. Each project tends to have it's own little quirk that makes it unique. If it's a question of pricing, again that will need to be specific to your situation.
If you know what you would like the end results to be fantastic! We can discuss all the options available.
I am extremely creative in finding alternatives to replacement when possible. Unfortunately, sometimes things just need replaced.
I'll do what I can to repair damage and advise for replacement when necessary.
I was recently called to a job where the business owner declared the area was a mess! I spent about an hour. There were scuffs that could be safely removed, some touch up on the trim, and a couple small holes that needed patching. If you don't need a remodel, you just want it to look better, and I can; I'll touch up what's needed with a smile.
As a company dedicated to providing premier customer service, it is important to me to deliver unparalleled workmanship on every project. Accredited, licensed, bonded, and insured.
Having work done in your home can be both stressful and messy. When possible I allow long work hours to finish the job sooner and get the mess cleaned up faster. I can start as early as 6am and have been known to work well into the night. I'm flexible enough to work around your schedule.
I have an eye for details. I like things to be "just right", before calling a job done. I will continually ask for your feed back, to insure you are happy with the end results.
I'm often on ladders or my hands are covered in something yucky.
If you send me a text, I'll get back to you the next time my hands are clean.
